From Professor Don R. Mueller. I'm a gourmet chef, scientist and juggler.

I'm known as the Juggling Gourmet!

I have been a chef, scientist and juggler for more than 20 years, bringing Science to the Kitchen and the Kitchen to the Classroom.

In the process of enlightening the public about Molecular Gastronomy (and the debate brewing within the field) I have had the opportunity to create "new" dishes and juggle all sorts of foods and food-related items. The Juggling Gourmet brings fun, flair and fitness to the kitchen!

I'm also a health & science writer and have written numerous articles examining the public's seemingly insatiable fascination with food and cooking from the perspective of a molecular gastronome (i.e., a purveyor of the science behind the "kitchen arts").
