I have played a key role in identifying and mentoring some of the best Design and UX talent in the industry. I provide leadership, vision and support, protecting my teams to ensure they can focus on the best work of their careers. I am constantly looking to improve collaboration across the agency to ensure we produce meaningful digital experiences that get results.
