I am a young, ambitious, serial entrepreneur looking for the next best thing in every aspect of life. My passion, from a very young age has always been business; the same passion and legacy can be found in my family. My parents, Prosper & Martine Assouline, are the founders of Assouline Publishing. A luxury book publisher of editions and illustrated books dedicated to photography, fashion, art and design.

My professional career began at Third Point LLC as the executive assistant to CEO, Daniel Seth Loeb. I quickly adapted to the corporate environment and built my social media, marketing, customer service, and sales skills.

In 2012, I started my own company with my partner, Brad Montgomery. Montgomery Capital Holdings, Inc is an operationally focused, lower-middle market private equity firm headquartered in New York, New York and Newport Beach, California.

We are actively seeking control investments for our limited partnership funds, these funds are the vehicles we use to raise capital, limit risk and maximize returns to our investors. Each fund focuses on one strategic acquisition instead of multiple hit or miss opportunities. The firm invests in a limited number of companies that we believe can achieve superior rates of return over a reasonable investment period. Currently we do not seek to invest in turnarounds or startups; but prefer to invest in lower-middle market companies with transactional values of $2 to $25 million, revenues of $3 to $30 million, EBITDA of $1 to $15 million and with core operations.
