Julia Duffee

I am lucky to be able to call myself an Ithaca Native. I love this place! I graduated from Ithaca High, then went to college in Santa Barbara Ca. Then became a ski bum in Lake Tahoe ( a close second to Ithaca in its beauty!). I have lived in many places in our beautiful country. But Ithaca always called to me. I returned in 2000 with my wonderful children.

I have been with Warren Real Estate since 2004. My father said to do what you love and you will never have a day to work-He was right...I love Real Estate. Growing up here, and having two children who attended public schools gives me a long time knowledge of the area. I also was on the financing end of real estate for many years both in California and Washington DC, where I processed mortgages from all over the world.

I love my cozy log home, and enjoy time with friends and family there. I have two horses, some dogs and an overly friendly cat....all of whom are rescue animals. That too is a passion of mine. I snowboard, ski and having grown up on cayuga lakes west shore; absolutely love spending time on our crown jewel.
