I have a varied and rich background in information systems and I am specialized in interaction design and human computer interaction. In my education to become an interaction designer and usability expert I have been active throughout the whole user centred design process which is based on test plans, test scenarios and usability testing.

As a usability expert I put the user in the centre and use different methods to specify the user, their requirements and system demands, to develop solutions and then evaluate the outcome to achieve high usability standard.
