I’m lucky enough to work in an environment where no two days are ever the same! As HR Project Manager for Camping World, Good Sam, AutoMatch USA, 1-800 Car Cash and most recently Marcus Lemonis LLC, I remove obstacles from my colleagues’ paths allowing them to do what they do best – everything from recruiting to selling RVs.

I have a large focus on HR Technology and Systems (ATS, HCM, HRIS…any acronym will do!) fueling my great respect and awe for the ever-changing technology landscape. I’m challenged every day to use the tools available to me to work smarter, not harder.
