Julia Andrys
Julia is currently completing her Phd at Murodch University in Perth, Western Australia.
Julia’s research focuses on the use of regional climate modeling to understand how climate change will manifest at regional scales. She is particularly interested in how these changes will impact agriculture, forestry and renewable energy and is working on ways to apply regional model data to impact assessment studies for these industries. Prior to commencing her PhD, Julia completed a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science (2012) at Murdoch University in Western Australia and a BCom in Marketing and Public Relations (1998) at Curtin University in Western Australia. Between her studies, Julia was responsible for strategic business development at a software start-up and founded her own business in online retailing.
