Julia Bechtolsheimer

A former financial analyst and derivatives/structured products executive, Julia Bechtolsheimer has served as Chief Executive Officer of Unit Nutrition since founding the Manhattan-based organization in 2017. Under her leadership, Unit Nutrition produces and distributes the first carbohydrate-rinse to have hit the commercial market.

Julia is from the United Kingdom, but has lived in New York City since 2017. Since moving to NYC, Julia has formed deep connections with several local non-profits including The Bowery Mission, Change For Kids, and the charity through which she discovered her passion for triathlon- The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Julia entered her first triathlon in 2012 as part of LLS's Team in Training and personally raised over $30,000 to support blood cancer research while training for that race. Along with earning the Nation's Highest Fund-Raiser Award, she also gained a love for triathlon, which ultimately led her on a new and very different career path.
