I'm an executive and career coach, and an organizational development consultant. I help people find work that is the "right fit." And I help organizations become more effective, by coaching its top leaders and focusing its work through strategic planning, board development, and team building.

Work occupies at least 1/3 of our lives. That's way too much time to be miserable.

You have natural talents and there are skills you love to use - it's a tragedy for them to be wasted in a job you hate.

I've found my "right fit work" throughout my career. Most recently, I reinvented myself after 25 year career in non-profit leadership in NYC.

Using my experience in workforce development and as CEO of 2 major non-profits as well as my own job search history, I've created a system that helps people find their "right fit" job and work. I've raised more than $100 million during career that began as fundraiser for a South Bronx community-based organization - 60% of it from individuals. I know how to get a response from readers, and I use that to help you. My marketing toolbox is ever-expanding and I use methods from direct marketing to help job seekers land their "right fit" job.
