Julia Gandy

As a three-time recipient of the 'Most Talkative' award (1995-1997), I have parlayed my superb verbal and communication skills into a burgeoning career in the field of public relations and marketing. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, I pursued and received a Master's Degree in Public Communication from American University in Washington, D.C. Currently, I am the Content Development Manager for Blackboard Connect, a mass notification system for K-12 schools, higher education institutions and governments. In my role, I am responsible for writing and editing marketing collateral, developing and producing sales assests and maintaining and managing the Blackboard Connect social media channels.
