Julie Holt, of Jacksonville, Florida, is an experienced real estate appraiser who has evaluated a wide array of properties throughout the country. Ms. Holt graduated from Florida State University College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance.
After five years with the Arthur Andersen Valuation Services Group in Houston, Julie Holt joined Cushman and Wakefield, a global real estate company. She first worked in Cushman and Wakefield's Houston office and then, in 2007, transferred to the office in Jacksonville, Florida. Her areas of expertise include the retail industry as well as senior housing and health care facilities. A Certified General Appraiser in both Florida and Georgia, she belongs to several professional organizations, such as the Appraisal Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Since relocating to Jacksonville, Julie Holt has taken an active part in the community. She was invited to join Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) in 2008. CREW fosters achievement by women in commercial real estate. Ms. Holt acts as a Board Member and Director of Programs for CREW Jacksonville. A past Chair of the Program Committee, she currently serves on the Philanthropic Committee. She has played an integral role in producing CREW's annual Career Day for the PACE Center for Girls. PACE (Practical Academic Cultural Education) is a nonprofit that helps young at-risk women. Ms. Holt also supports the Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless, an organization that not only feeds and shelters the homeless of northeast Florida, but also provides health care and seeks to help its clients learn new life skills and find jobs.
