Julia Maki

I am Julia Maki and I joined BIC Realty in the Spring of 2014 to specialize in property management and became an active sales associate in the Spring of 2015. I grew up in Cook and has B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the Gustavus Adolphus College. While growing up, I spent a significant amount of time on both Lake Vermilion and Crane Lake. After graduating from College, I worked in the environmental field with an emphasis in land development.

I have sat on the County’s Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment and is the current Planning Director for Greenwood Township. I now resides in Embarrass with my family on their hobby farm. I have been involved in coaching various sports, teaching Sunday School and is a volunteer fire fighter and first responder. I enjoy many outdoor activities including fishing, camping, boating, gardening and horseback riding and spending time with my family and five kids. I also enjoys spending time at her family’s cabins on Lake Vermilion and Crane Lake.

I am confident my background along with her passion about providing the highest level of personal service will help her clients successfully succeed in meeting their goals.
