Hello Everyone!

I am an American writer and proud Social Democrat who has variously worked as a waitress in Germany and the Napa Valley, language tutor, California state employee, music teacher, military linguist, bartender, script reader, journalist, and paralegal. Having traveled extensively since childhood (especially to France, where I have relatives), I am a curious observer of human behavior and social psychology.

Life in America today, particularly for women (since I am one), and the delicate dance between the sexes are of particular interest.

I also love good food, cheese, film, history, and animals.
