Julian L. Dozier, Sr. epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Julian grew up in the great state of Texas, which is where he discovered his entrepreneurial passion. Over the last several years Julian has owned AllStaff Personnel Services, Inc., A2Z Shoes & Clothier and has been involved in a number of other business ventures. Additionally, Julian served in the United States Army where he received countless awards and decorations, and continued to public sector service where he served as a consultant to the federal government for nearly 20 years. His real estate experience began several years ago as an investor. Over the years he continues his involvement in working with investment properties and now also specializes in working with residential buyer and sellers.

Julian is very much a family man with a strong devotion to God, his beautiful fiancé, and his children. In his spare time he enjoys family time, all genres of live music, cooking and traveling.
