Julian Haffner is a business and entertainment attorney, entrepreneur, and champion for creator-led innovation.

His practice focuses on advising entrepreneurs, creative talent, and emerging ventures across media, technology, and the creative economy. Julian also serves as Chief Legal Officer of CineBlock, a FINRA- and SEC-regulated platform he co-founded that is redefining how entertainment content is financed.

With over two decades of experience, Julian is known for his work representing Grammy-winning artists, independent film producers, and emerging tech ventures. His legal and business acumen has positioned him as a trusted advisor to creators and founders.

Beyond the boardroom, Julian is deeply committed to public service having served on multiple civic and nonprofit boards focused on equity and youth advocacy.
