Mentally-Wise: As how I have the thirst for learning, I expect the same from others as well. Because the day you stop learning is the day you die.
Physically-Wise: I love badminton and futsal which leads to me playing it every week. Oh and also gym!
Spiritually-Wise: I am a volunteer at Kechara Soup Kitchen to feed the homeless. I somehow believe this actually does me more good because it helps me remind myself not to take the things I have for granted.
I leave you with a video that continues to inspire me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbkZrOU1Zag
