Highly enthusiastic customer service professional with 40 years client interface experience. I began in the fashion
industry in NYC selling clothing lines to major department stores, boutiques and buying offices. Then moved on to
retail store management overseeing 20 plus employees. Later started a family and began a career in Real Estate
Sales, first in New Hampshire then licensed in Connecticut and in Florida. I was a sales trainer inTELEPHONE
TECHNIQUES on the seminar circuit in New England as well. Moved to Florida and made a career change to
Hospitality. I worked in both Sales and Marketing and later in Front Office Operations at South Seas Resort as their
Chef Concierge and Director of Guest Relations. I was there for ten years and handled all the complaints, VIP
guests and foreign dignitaries as I am also multilingual and speak Italian, Spanish and French conversationally. I
later decided to return to Real Estate and opened up my own brokerage and Real Estate School offering on-line and
in classroom programs. I have been engaged in that area of customer service now for the last 11 years .
