Juliana Lo

Hi, my name is Juliana (she/her)! I’m a third year Creative Industries student at Ryerson University and my creative modules are Storytelling in Media and Media Business. I've had a distinct passion for skincare, makeup, and anything beauty-related since my years as a pre-teen (back when I was obsessed with beauty gurus on Youtube). In 2019, I became a certified lash technician and started a lash extension business from my home studio in Etobicoke. Since then, I have grown a robust client base, I'm currently in the process of creating my own line of lash shampoos, and I plan to offer training services in 2021. I love the art of lashing and all the wonderful connections I've been able to make through this industry. For the future, I plan to open and operate my own lash studio, develop a unique brand of lash extension supplies, and expand the reach of my lashing content on social media. I definitely see myself carrying the entrepreneurship and media skills from my program and merging them with my love of lashing.
