Born in Puerto Rico 18 years ago, Julián has the advantage of being raised with the influence of two languages (English and Spanish). Educated in the Public and Private systems of education at Puerto Rico, armed with the highest values and character, equipped with the resources and skills to improve his mastery of both languages, and even now he has set his sights on learning a foreign language, French. Finalist at ISEF (International Engineering Fair), Former President of FCCLA, for 3 years he was part of the Marching Band at Cayey "BMC", Former Vice - President of ACS Chem Club, He graduated with honors from Radians High School being an exceptional member of the National Honor Society, Volunteer at the American Red Cross Society and the American Cancer Society. He worked recently as an intern at the Governor's Executive Mansion: "La Fortaleza". His personal interests include Music (particularly the saxophone), Photography, Politics, Italian Automobili, Human rights, Anti-bullying activities, Cinematography and Architectural Design. His future Plans are to obtain a bachelor degree in Political Sciences and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in an esteemed Law School. Later on, expand his work lines to New York city as a Lawyer and, someday, follow a career in politics.
