I'm the founder and President of Kinship Consulting, an innovation-driven customer experience and relationship development consulting firm. We help our clients build emotional connections with their customers -- which is the only way to achieve deep, lasting relationships.

You can often find me thinking, listening, observing, experiencing, and blogging about good and bad customer interactions and experiences -- particularly in the financial services industry. Somebody has to do it.

Previously held senior customer insights and customer experience leadership positions with Bank of America Home Loans and Countrywide Financial . I'm stronger and smarter for it. Before that, I had a thirteen year gig as a strategy management consultant with Accenture.
