Julian Lacey

Julian Lacey is a technology strategist and enterprise web leader with experience across web strategy, digital platforms, enterprise technology, and marketing.

His story includes helping build and manage the web-production program within Plugged In Enterprises in East Palo Alto, where young people worked on real web projects during the early internet era. That work was later featured on Computer Chronicles and connected to national conversations about technology access, opportunity, and the Digital Divide.
