Julian Marshall

My name is Julian Marshall, I come from a small fishing / industrial town on the east coast of England. I am a husband, father to 3 children and an industrial plant automation programmer by day. I have recently discovered photography after purchasing a DSLR nearly a year back to take better family pictures. This purchase was about to be confined to a dusty box in the attic (as we always took the point and shot out as it was easier) when I stumbled upon the art of light painting. I don't know why but it just seemed to appeal so I started trying out these techniques. Essentially since this discovery I can now be found most weekends in the small hours of the morning dancing around in front of my camera waving torches and homemade lights around!!
