Julian is a co-founder of digital design agency Browser. After graduating with 1st degree honours in 2007, he went on to win a European award for excellence in media for his work at Bournemouth University (Centre for Excellence in Media Practise) where he now regularly visits as a guest speaker and panellist.

Post university he was talent spotted by award-winning digital agency Clock. Here he worked with clients including The Times, The Sunday Times, BBC, Channel 4, The History Channel and Paramount comedy - advising on strategy and working with delivery.

After building a strong relationship within Clock he co-founded Browser. Alongside Clock's CEO Syd Nadim and his brother René Morency. He now focuses on advising on digital strategy and the developing the future of the company.

He says his success has largely come from his attitude and confidence to be resourceful in the face of challenges, and he infuses this into the talented team that he has built around him.
