I am currently working in my school district as a TOSA supporting elementary schools in English Language Arts. I have taught for 18 years in grades 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6. I have a masters in Language and Literacy which has lent itself nicely to my current role as a supporter of teachers' reading and writing instruction. I am a reader and writer myself continually working to improve my craft as an educator , facilitator, and support person. I am a learner forever searching to grow my capacity as an educator.
I am also a mom of two amazing kids, Bri age 15 (soon to be 16) and Quintan age 12. They are a light in my life and teach me daily about the importance of enjoying each day.
