Hello, I’m Julian Saunders. I’m a small business owner in England. I run High Impact, an SEO and content consultancy, and I’m the founder of RepActiv, a feedback-first review tool that helps businesses ask for customer feedback, improve the experience, and earn more useful reviews.

I’ve worked in SEO and digital marketing for many years, so I care a lot about trust, visibility, and the little things that help good businesses get found.
