Julia Relova is a dynamic producer, director, and program manager with extensive experience across the creative industries and nonprofit sectors. Based in Chicago, she co-founded Rm. 19 Productions, a company that brings women-led, thought-provoking content to life through short films, features, and events across the U.S., including in Chicago, Austin, and Los Angeles.

With a rich background in program management, Julia has excelled in roles that span big tech (VMware), nonprofits (Notley, Naturally Network), and creative enterprises (Rm. 19 Productions, RomCom Productions, Big C Creative Productions). Julia holds a Master’s degree in Leadership for Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's inPsychology from Davidson College.
