Raised in beautiful Seattle, Washington, after graduating from Northwest Yeshiva High School Julia Owen headed to Israel to spend a school year studying at Bar-Ilan University. She plans to attend Stern College for Women thereafter. Things that are important to Julia are sports such as basketball, boxing, and softball, friends, family, and education. Spending three weeks each summer working at Sephardic Adventure Camp is her favorite part of the year because of the impact on kids which she can make.
