I am a Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Counsellor at Scope Clinical Services currently living in Cannon Hill, Australia. My interests range from food to Healthy Eating. I am also interested in Diets, Nutrition, and Counselling.

I am a registered Dietitian and Nutritionistwho uses scientific, evidence-based nutrition knowledge to treat a broad range of health issues. I have a passion for optimising health through nutrition therapy and counselling, from infancy to the elderly.

What I specialise in:

- Chronic disease and weight management

- Food intolerances

- Digestive disorders

- Nutrition for optimising childhood development

I joined the team at Scope to provide tailored, realistic programmes for patients to achieve nutritional adequacy and optimise their health outcomes. I work closely with the rest of our team to provide a holistic approach to health, including prevention and management of chronic disease.

My services:

I’m passionate about tailoring my health & weight management programmes to suit individual needs. I provide 6- or 12-week kick-start packages, which provide an initial assessment with nutrition services, counselling and exercise physiology. In later weeks, you’ll receive ongoing support, as well as review sessions to assess your progression towards your health goals.

How is this different to other health or weight loss programmes?

My patients play a major role in programme development. I don’t rely on a one-size-fits-all approach – my programmes are not regimented or restrictive.
I endeavour to negotiate your health goals based on your individual needs and preferences. Nothing gets left out – age, gender, cultural requirements, ability to cook and exercise are all taken into account, throughout your treatment.
