Drawing upon two decades of executive search experience, my success in the field is attributed to deep knowledge and proven expertise in the areas of talent recruitment, program development, and executive search for human resources, management consulting, and retained search firms.

During my sixteen-year career with Spencer-Stuart, I partnered with the Vice President and developed and implemented strategies that launched the knowledge management, name generation, and library services departments.

My background includes searching for and identifying qualified professionals to fill positions in finance, audit, accounting, training, benefits, and marketing positions; placing recruiting associates for Spencer Stuart’s Chicago office; and supporting consultants placing senior-level executives for Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
