Alberta Business & Educational Services (ABES) was incorporated March 28, 1991. Since then, we have provided an education environment in Calgary that gives adult learners the training and support needed to enter the employment sector. ABES has provided training in more than 50 program areas during our 20+ years of operation and currently offers a variety of health care training programs. ABES is currently licensed as a Private Vocational School under the Private Vocational Training Act - a great alternative to Calgary & Edmonton area medical schools! Partnerships ABES is pleased to offer these programs in cooperation with Alberta Health Services (Calgary, Edmonton and Lethbridge), Calgary Lab Services, Alberta Human Services, and the Canada's Accredited Zoos and Aquariums. These partnerships were established not only to better serve our students but also to meet the needs of the current ongoing demands of the industry. We consider these partnerships with the industry and community resources to be the key to our success.
