Julie Anne Long

I have a degree in Communication with an emphasis on journalism and persuasion from Aquinas College. I started my media career in a small newsroom as the sole reporter and photographer for a weekly newspaper. Today, I am an associate editor at Serendipity Media.

My role at Serendipity Publishing has evolved as the publishing world has evolved. I write and edit for all of our publications, but focus most of my creative energy on fourpoints, a magazine dedicated entirely to the Miss America Organization. I also spearheaded Serendipity's foray into the world of social media and run our website, Facebook, and Twitter. I am proud to say I have created a thriving online community around our print product.

I write everything from slogans and blurbs to full length features and newsletters for our diverse client base. The Miss America Organization, the National Afterschool Association, and the National Association of Career Travel Agents are just a few that we work with at Serendipity.

I am keen, clever, and have an eye for niche markets.
