Julie began her career in the finance services industry. After a few short months she was soon promoted to branch manager and quickly developed a reputation for “sorting out” staff and branches that were not performing. From this expertise, she was invited to move into a head office role developing a back office service initiative that was revolutionary for its time. The success of this venture led to several manager and team awards that took her in the direction of process improvement, project management and consulting for outsourcing initiatives on behalf of the company.
Julie then made a career change to take up life coaching, training and small business consulting which proved to be very rewarding and successful as it combined all her skills and experience gained in the finance and IT industry. Through the constant interaction with business owners, Julie soon became a specialist in applying the skills required to develop clients’ personal strengths and weaknesses, tailoring programs and courses to their needs, resulting in outstanding results for them and their staff.
Julie has a unique talent for simplifying complex processes and concepts while identifying and implementing practical strategies for her clientele. She is known for teaching people how to relate to themselves and others warmly and with authenticity, whether it be by phone, internet or face to face. With an extensive track record within the banking, IT and HR sectors Julie can relate to how hard it is for people to make change on their own.
Her own personal story is one of poverty, pain, tragedy, abusive relationships and poor health all of which she has overcome by remaining strong and determined to overcome all of life's obstacles in pursuit of realising life's potential.
