A resident of the greater Los Angeles area since the early 2010s, Julie Bill holds a bachelor of fine arts in art history from the University of South Florida in Tampa and a master of science in library/information studies with a focus on information architecture from Florida State University in Tallahassee. After working for a decade as a librarian and supervisor with regional libraries in Fort Myers, Florida, Julie Bill secured employment as a reference instruction librarian with the Los Angeles information management organization the LAC Group. For the past 6 years, she has served as director of library services with the Musicians Institute, an organization that educates and prepares individuals for careers in the entertainment industry.

In addition to her work at the Musicians Institute, Julie Bill has headed metadata services for the Fox Corporation for the past year. Her recent accomplishments include overseeing the development and launch of Fox’s state-of-the-art master data management system. Ms. Bill also trained a series of business groups in conjunction with the on-boarding of this system.
