Julie Bryan is the CEO and founder of the Franchise Group Sapphire Makeup & Hair Creations which proudly presents itself as Australia’s leading team of mobile hair and makeup experts.

With over 17 years experience in the hair and makeup industry, Julie has worked alongside some of Australia’s leading hair, makeup and business professionals which has become the driving force behind her career aspirations and success.

Having come from a family background of small business and teaching, Julie naturally progressed down the entrepreneurial path combining her passion and dedication to her craft along with her solid vision to form Sapphire Makeup & Hair Creations in 2008 on the Gold Coast.

Through Julie’s innate leadership and management skills, she expanded her teams across South East Qld in 2012. Five years on, Sapphire MHC is now a national company boasting over 40 incredibly talented hair and makeup artists throughout Australia.

Julie has, together with co- founder and CFO Kevin Bryan, continued to fine- tune procedures to meet the growing demand for mobile hair and makeup services for bridal, corporate and special occasions. As a result of Sapphire MHC’s continued success within the Australian wedding industry, Julie and her elite team of artists have been awarded finalists in the bridal hair and makeup categories for 3 consecutive years in Qld with further allocates now in NSW and WA. In addition to this, Sapphire’s work has been published in various editorials including The Wedding Playbook and The Brides Diary.

In 2015, Julie administered the launch of Sapphire MHC’s own range of makeup products and hair accessories as part of the prestige Sapphire Professional collection.

In 2016 Julie and Kevin Bryan launched their first Franchise, Sapphire MHC Brisbane Central which continues to operate as Brisbane’s number one in bridal and corporate mobile hair and makeup with further Franchisees joining the Sapphire family in 2018.

On a personal note, Julie’s self-acclaimed greatest achievement above all else is becoming a mother to two children in 2010 and 2012 with such bragging rights also shared by Kevin.
