Julie Dudar

I have been a teacher for 25 years and in the Menifee Union School District for 20 years. The majority of my teaching experience has been with 2nd - 4th grade including several years teaching a combination classroom. Additionally, I have taught algebra and honors algebra at the middle and high school levels.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies and a Master's Degree in Educational Technology. Last spring, I earned my Leading Edge Certification for the Digital Educator and am currently working on my Leading Edge Certification for the Online/Blended Teacher. In July 2016, I was a presenter at Riverside County's Google Summit.

A key part of my job as a 21st century teacher is to find ways to engage my students beyond the standard paper-pencil classroom. Being an educator in the digital-age enables me to reach students in new, engaging, and interactive ways. It is my duty to teach and model an appropriate digital presence.
