Expertise Julie was born and raised in Glencoe, MN. She moved to Watertown, MN in 1997 and lived there until 2003. In 2003 she moved to Annandale where she currently resides with her 2 boys. She has worked with buyers and sellers in Wright, Carver, Hennepin, Sherburne, Stearns, Meeker, and McLeod Counties. She has knowledge and expertise in many different counties not just one area. Julie also worked on BPO’s for over 2 years which gave her extra market knowledge of values in different counties.
