Julie Heumphreus

Julie Heumphreus is a former United States Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) attorney with extensive experience in a variety of practice areas.

Her focus areas include: administrative law, government and regulatory compliance, general contracts, military law, immigration, international law and consumer affairs.

Julie is a proud military spouse who manages her practice internationally. To date, Julie has resided in Germany, Italy, England, El Salvador, and Barbados. Julie offers considerable knowledge in managing international issues and how to forge successful business relationships overseas.

Julie graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human and Organizational Development. She was also a Distinguished Military Graduate. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

She is a member of the Texas State Bar as well as the American Bar Association.
