I have a passion with a deep understanding of the culture of of British Theatre. This started twenty five years ago as a stage manager. I moved into producing in regional theatre culminating in the management and leadership of commercial and subsidised theatres.
The buildings I run have been admired as places that have come alive, more resilient and have grown in artistic confidence. They have been centred in the heart of their community with them being respected locally, regionally and nationally. This has been achieved by my open and collaborative management style, tenacious in being results driven.
