Julie Ord is a Social Media Specialist. Her “pre social media world” background in the retail industry as a regional director with a national brand included marketing, staff management, creative, merchandising, sales, and training, which then lead to concept creation of her own retail store and small business ownership. She was an early adopter of Social Media as a branding and marketing tool for her business after seeing the emergence of it as an innovative way to reach an audience. Over the years she was asked to assist other businesses with Social Media strategy, and eventually chose to make a switch and concentrate on it full time.
