Sometimes it means supporting a teenager writing about loss, or helping a middle grade student craft a personal essay, an undergraduate discover the power of what's omitted. Sometimes it means helping classroom teachers better understand what writers do, exactly.
That's why I love what I do. It isn't the same every day.
