Julie Silva incorporates more than 10 years of experience into the delivery of inspirational education for colour operators across the country. In addition to being a dynamic presenter, Julie has acquired an impressive editorial portfolio, working with Toronto Fashion, Elle, Canadian Living magazine and some of Toronto’s top models. Julie has supported Plugged In events for the past 3 years, as well as played an important role in the growth of our ACE program. Her current role as Collega’s Lead Colour Educator ensures she is able to enthusiastically share her passion for the craft, education and Aveda.
