Julie Spira

I've had more than nine lives and have enjoyed each chapter. I was an early adopter of the Internet and write about the marriage of love and technology and keep things social on the web.

I'm the author of a new book on Internet etiquette called, The Rules of Netiquette: How to Mind Your Manners on the Web. As a social media strategist, I help create personalities and brands for businesses, individuals, authors, and non-profits. My first book, The Perils of Cyber-Dating became a bestseller on the day it was released. As an online dating and relationship expert, I teach singles how to create an Irresistible online dating profile to shorten their search, so they can ride into the digital sunset together.

My media appearances have included: ABC News, BBC, CBS, CNET, CNN, Betty Confidential, Cosmo Radio, E! Entertainment, eHarmony Advice, ELLE magazine, FOX, Glamour, iVillage, JDate, Los Angeles Business Journal, Los Angeles Times, Mashable, Match.com, Mercury News, Men's Health, Miami Herald, MSN, NBC News, New York Times, PC World, Psychology Today, Redbook, She Knows, Smart Money, Sydney Morning Journal, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, WIRED, Woman's Day, USA Today, Your Tango, and Zoosk.
