Juliet Agranoff

Juliet Agranoff is Senior Vice President of People at Taiho Oncology INC. Prior to that role, Juliet Agranoff served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Melinta Therapeutics.
Ms. Agranoff earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Delaware. She went on to study Human Resources Management, receiving a Master of Science degree from The New School for Social Research in New York City.
In her free time, Juliet Agranoff is active and partakes in yoga and personal training. She has gone on a number of trips across the world including Israel, the Caribbean, Western Europe, Canada, and Mexico; she took a river cruise in 2015 that allowed her and her extended family to see Paris and the areas around Normandy. Ms. Agranoff also enjoys taking long walks with her poodle, Yogi, who is a certified therapy dog.
