After spending 20 years building high performing teams and delivering multi £m technology change programmes, my frustration with the process for hiring people collided with opportunity and the rise of sharing economy.

Since 2008 I have been researching crowd behaviour, platforms and marketplaces. I launched the AnyGood? platform in 2017 which, with our network reach of 1.7m+ is now providing 100's of employers with personally recommended candidates for roles. The platform also has the capability to be utilised for a variety of SaaS referral solutions.

I'm also Chair of Sharing Economy UK, the trade body for sharing platforms. I regularly provide consultancy for platform and marketplace solutions and speak at events on the topics of disruption, innovation, design thinking, trust, diversity, the sharing economy and of course referrals.
