Juliet Chioma Ndianekwu is the founder & product development expert of Elrad Enterprise. An organization that deals with the processing and packaging of quality foods like Elrad odorless fufu and Elrad vitamin A garri. The enterprise also deals with the sales of stems of improved varieties of cassava and also their tubers. She is also the co-founder of The Agromentor (theagromentor.com). A web based platform that connects young food and agricultural entrepreneurs and enthusiasts with experts within the field in order to mentor them and help them avoid the mistakes they have made. Most importantly, the experts give those young people advices to help them profit from their businesses. She runs a facebook community called Product Development and Entrepreneurs Network. This community brings together entrepreneurs and most importantly product developers so that they can share ideas and help each other grow by sharing business secrets that work. She has over four years experience working in an international agricultural research institute in Nigeria as a molecular biologist. She worked on a wide range of crops like cassava, yam, cowpea and a lot more. She owns a Bachelors degree in Botany from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and also a Masters degree in Agronomy (Plant breeding) from the University of Ibadan, both in Nigeria. Her interests range from entrepreneurship to innovative product development. She is also interested in technology, crop production, youth development in agribusiness and helping people turn their ideas into products and services.
