I would love to be your go-to project management consultant! I am a senior PM professional with several years hand-on experience with corporations, start-ups, and digital agencies. For 7 years, I was the VP of Project Management at an e-commerce-focused agency where I was ultimately responsible for all project delivery, but for the past 5 years I have been consulting with the express goal of helping companies when resourcing is tricky. I am a seasoned pro ready to be your pinch-hitter project lead.

I have demonstrated success in all aspects of project management including sales/bids, contracts, requirements documents, strategy, cross-functional team management, resourcing, budget tracking, scheduling, client relationships and customer experience. Projects include initiatives for The North Face, Lancome, Theory, Timberland, Intel, Genentech, Prologis, GlaxoSmithKline, and Samsung.

I live on the Central Coast of California so am adept at working virtually with cross-functional and dispersed teams, but I maintain an apartment in San Francisco and have family in San Jose, so I am happy to go to the office or travel for clients as needed. Since consulting, all my work has been done virtually with in-person collaboration when needed, so I feel confident I can do the same with your team.
