Julio Moran

A professional drummer with extensive touring and recording experience, currently touring with Mariachi / Pop icon, Pepe Aguilar. Born and raised in Mexico City, Julio has been working professionally for 20+ years with artists such as Aleks Syntek, Moenia, Alejandra Guzman, Myriam Hernandez, Ana Torroja and Nacho Cano (Mecano), Erick Rubin, Armando Manzanero, Kika Edgar, Paulina Rubio, among many others. He has played on musical theatre plays such as "Wicked", "Mamma Mia" and "Hoy No Me Puedo Levantar", as well as recorded lots of TV themes and jingles. He also does a lot of local work recording and playing clubs with all kind of different musicians and genres, in order to keep learning and growing as both a human being and musician, in that order.
