Julio Vasconez
Born in Ecuador, Julio Vasconez moved to NYC when he was just 11 years old. With his family, he took residence on the Upper East Side when it had a strong German presence; he still remembers when East 86th Street housed the best bakery for Strudel. Julio has seen firsthand the changes that the city has gone through, which gives him a deep understanding and unique perspective of New York City that he passes on to his customers.
Prior to joining Citi Habitats, Julio worked as a white water rafting guide in South America. This challenging sport helped him understand and dissipate people’s concerns, a skill he has carried over to his career in real estate; he now guides each client to his/her perfect home. Julio believes that all his life experiences have come together and made him the perfect choice for someone looking for a new home in New York City. Whether you are looking to rent, buy or sell a property, his knowledge of the city, tenacity, and honesty makes Julio an asset in your endeavor.
While at State University of New York at Stony Brook, Julio was one of the founding fathers of the TKE Fraternity Chapter, an extremely fulfilling experience for him. He learned kindness and loyalty for his fellow fraters, which in turn he applies to all aspects of his life, especially his interaction with his clients.
Julio is fluent in both English and Spanish.
