Julius Dunn, II
Besides being a father of one, Julius' responsibilities include helping manage and develop industry relationships for The High School for Innovation in Advertising and Media - the first public high school dedicated to advertising, design and media that is changing how public education is working with private industry.
Dunn has worked to develop and institute curriculum for the academic and career competencies required of students to become competitive candidates in the advertising and media fields. Prior to working at the 4A's, Mr. Dunn was founding director of Adversity, a non-profit organization established to promote and give access to viable careers within creative departments of the advertising industry.
His work led to a partnership between Adversity and the One Club, which was created to educate multicultural students about careers in advertising and increase the minority candidate pool for the creative discipline within agencies.
