Julius Boamah Owusu

Owusu Julius Boamah is a web developer, cybersecurity student at the Nigerian Defence Academy, and a passionate advocate for innovation, youth development, and digital empowerment. He is the founder of Touching Life Plus (TLP), a growing network that connects young people through social and academic engagements. Through TLP, he organizes life-transforming seminars—both virtual and physical—to inspire, guide, and equip youths with valuable skills and mindset for growth.

Julius is also the founder of several impactful initiatives, including Lifer Food, LifersHealth—a personalized medical diagnostic platform that connects users to nearby doctors and diagnostic centers—and Lifers Academy, an educational hub designed to promote digital learning and personal development.

His interests span across technology, health innovation, and education, and he remains committed to creating solutions that improve lives and strengthen communities.
